Is it only boilers that you service?

Bartons engineers are fully qualified to work on Boilers, Gas Fires, Water Heaters and Wall Heaters. If your property is ‘off-gas’ it maybe also be worth noting that BARTONS are qualified to service, maintain and install appliances, which run off LPG, Oil, and Solid Fuel (Coal and Wood).

I am looking for peace of mind, do you offer service plans?

Bartons offer an emergency ‘on call’ facility to its customers 365 days per year. Schemes are offered from a routine service / ‘health check’ right up to a fully comprehensive cover plan which can be spread over 12 monthly installments.

I am a landlord? Do you provide gas safety certificates?

Yes. To meet your obligation as a landlord our engineer can provide the necessary documentation to verify that the appliance(s) are safe to use giving you complete piece of mind.

My toilets started to leak. Can you help?

All Bartons engineers have completed a modern apprenticeship (or equivalent) in heating and plumbing a basic requirement for joining our team. As a consequence they are more than happy to tend to your domestic plumbing problems, leaking taps, shower not working, toilet and tanks overflowing etc.

I have just had my boiler installed by Bartons will you look after it in the future?

Yes. Every customer that has work carried out by Bartons is contacted 12 months after the install to invite to take advantage of one of our service plans. If you’re a new customer why not call one of our team today for more details.
